Located in the proximity of a church, the height of the building was a carefully studied aspect. Therefore, the volume of the building sets back from its limits through various terraces. The building shape ensures privacy and intimacy to every terrace and apartment.
Besides the residential floors with apartments of various sizes and configurations, the project has a commercial space in the upfront façade. Material wise, the project adopts a light and natural atmosphere by using wood and white textured plaster.
