Dumbrava Vlăsiei, a community nestled in the middle of nature, combines architectural quality with a sustainable attitude, respectful of the natural environment. The forest can be discovered either on foot or by bicycle. The possibility of escaping from everyday life in another world offers the area a unique character. Through a flexible layout, the project can adapt to various activities – a cafe, movie
nights, workspaces and workshops, yoga, private parties, and small events. The program spills out into a protected pocket that opens up to the other activities sprinkled among green spaces – the tennis and basketball courts, the petanque field, or the ping pong table. The wooden building, with large, tall openings, sits discreetly in the natural setting.
